Service Agreement Terms
By using CleanLegacy Professional Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our commitment is to provide exceptional cleaning services across Metro Manila with transparency and reliability at every step.
Service Scope and Coverage
CleanLegacy Professional Cleaning Services operates throughout Metro Manila, providing residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning services. Our service area includes Taguig, Makati, Quezon City, Pasig, and surrounding cities within the metro.

Booking and Scheduling Policy
Bookings can be made through our website, phone (+63 917 380 1891), or email ([email protected]). We require 24-hour advance notice for standard services and 48-hour notice for deep cleaning or move-out services.
Confirmation emails or messages are sent within 2 hours of booking. Schedule changes can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing is transparent and based on square footage and service type. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
Recurring service discounts are applied automatically: Weekly service receives 15% off, bi-weekly 10% off, and monthly 5% off the standard rate. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with frequency discounts.
Service Guarantees
contact us within 24 hours of service completion for a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected areas.
Our cleaners are fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of damage, our insurance coverage provides protection for your property. Please document any concerns immediately after service completion.
Privacy and Data Protection
is limited to our service team members who have undergone background checks. Property access codes are encrypted and stored securely.
